In Auckland, New Zealand, I spent two nights at Hotel Britomart, where prices range between $250 USD and $2,000 USD depending on the room and time of year. Then, this summer, I explored three more five-star accommodations during a work trip to Australia and New Zealand, bringing my tally to a total of six five-star hotels.
